Kendra Scott's journey in business showed how determination and never giving up can lead you to success. The industry can be intimidating especially when you just start out and you lack connections and the consumers eye which makes a lot of people feel defeated. However, its not realistic to not be perfect doing something the first time around. Giving ourselves criticism for trying and doing new things should not be our first reaction but learning from our mistakes. I feel like my job constantly needs new items and ideas to bring customers in and we as a team planned os many launches and ideas that fell through and turned out so bad.
